Inspired by the different cultures, social and political classes that came together in the Santa Ana neighborhood, Casa Variedades was born.
The architects went through different styles, achieving an eclectic design that takes advantage of the ample natural lighting of this historic building, conceiving unique spaces dedicated to lovers of fine arts, culture and variety.
Inspired by the fusion of cultures, social classes and artistic movements that have shaped Santa Ana, Casa Variedades is a reinterpretation of architectural eclecticism, where the ancient, the classic and the modern converge to create a unique space.
Its essence is defined by elements such as its design with colonial influences and contemporary touches, its ample natural lighting, thanks to its large windows and open layout, terrace with panoramic views of Casco Antiguo and the Pacific Ocean, or its handcrafted materials and details, which elevate the experience of each space.
Casa Variedades has been designed to awaken the imagination and celebrate creativity.
Each environment pays homage to the architectural legacy of the area, without neglecting luxury and modernity.
With materials that tell a story, such as hand-painted floors with geometric patterns that evoke the art of different eras, porcelain tile in various shades that create a visual play between classic and contemporary, or wrought iron and wood details that are reminiscent of the traditional architecture of Santa Ana.
Each element is carefully selected to maintain a balance between historical heritage and contemporary aesthetics.
